Jerod and Katina were married on November 10, 1994 while Jerod served in the U.S. Army as a Paratrooper.

In 2000, after years of addiction, sinful living and nearing a divorce, Jerod decided to take his own life. Just at the moment he was going to end his life, God spoke to him. “Where have you been?” That’s all the Lord had to say to get his attention. After that incident Jerod and Katina gave their hearts back to the Lord. God began the miraculous reconstruction of their lives and today they are happily married and serving the Lord.

Jerod is a graduate of Victory Bible Institute in Tulsa Oklahoma and a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God. Katina is a registered Dental Assistant. Upon graduation from Bible College, they served at Muldrow First Assembly in Muldrow Oklahoma as Youth Pastors. They are currently Missionaries to the beautiful people of Rwanda.

God has given the Smith’s a powerful preaching ministry. Their sole desire is to see people come to a saving, personal relationship with Jesus.
